The production line adopts a new design, from fully automatic weighing and adding of raw materials to 4-axis winding and degassing of the final product, all operations are automated. The main raw material PVC powder is automatically weighed and added, and the liquid small ingredients are automatically added using a fully automatic computer weighing system. The paper tubes are automatically sorted, automatically loaded into paper tubes and automatically unloaded into rolls of PVC plastic wrap.

Based on the original design, the electronic control system has been optimized to make it closer to international industry standards. While optimizing the process, the control sensitivity and accuracy have been improved. Especially in the extrusion stage, precise control of the problems in each extruder section can ensure the transparency and physical and chemical properties of the cast cling film.
